Both I.N.R. Beatty Lumber Co. and Fort Poli Millwork offer generous credit terms to our qualified commercial credit accounts.
BILLING CYCLE
At the beginning of each month you will receive, by mail, the billing statement and all accompanying invoices for the prior month’s purchases.
If so requested, we will bill each job under a separate heading allowing you to easily track both your purchases and your costs per job. Each job will have its own statement. An accompanying consolidated billing statement will list the costs associated with all jobs.

PURCHASING RESTRICTIONS
Purchasing ability by you and your staff can be restricted at your request to be specific to individuals, to Purchase Orders or to your own personal directives.
DISCOUNT POLICY
You can earn a 2% discount off net sales if the bill is paid in full by the 10th of the month following the purchase. This discount allows you to increase the amount of profit you can pocket from each of your jobs.
